1 room house of 14m² in London

We are lucky to live in a spacious 4 bed maisonette and we are pleased to have a neat, fully equipped room to offer to clinical staff and trainees. We have 2 lively kids (aged 4 and 7) and a young dog. We are happy to tailor your experience of living with us to the kinds of boundaries you like to keep and to how you feel comfortable. For example, how and when you like to eat and what your shift patterns are. The flats a newly built by the Rural Urban Synthesis Society, who have made affordable homes with a community focus. As such the neighbours are friendly, the outdoor spaces are kept very nice and it feels a very safe place to live.Whilst we don't have a garden there are pleasant communal areas with lots of nice plants on all sides of the flats with places to sit. We have a main bathroom upstairs and a second WC downstairs. We have an excellent cleaner who comes once a fortnight and can also clean your room if wanted. If it would be helpful for us to cook your evening meals this has worked well for our previous lodger. We plan our meals weekly so you know what you are getting ahead of time. If you do go full board we will add items to the shopping that you would like to eat that would be an alternative for you if we are cooking something that is not to your taste.
