If you want to smoke, you must completely leave the building. You will automatically forfeit your deposit if you are found smoking on the premises.• Is there parking?There is an abundance of Pay & Display parking in the Street and local vicinity as well as short-term parking in Sainsbury's (2 mins walk), and a secure underground car park at Millenium Gloucester Hotel (6 mins walk) where you can pay to park for up to 24hrs at one time.• Is there a washing machine?There are communal areas with washing machines that you have access to. One is on the Ground Floor (between apartment number 2 and 3).
