The cottages are located in one of the most prestigious streets in the area, surrounded by stunning early eighteenth century architecture, with two houses boasting blue plaques. There is no through traffic making the street very quiet. Both cottages have comfortable interiors, with an open plan sitting room and dining room. Terrace Cottage has an open plan kitchen and Garden Cottage a separate kitchen. The kitchens are fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven or duel fuel cooker. The compact bathrooms are located on the ground floor, there is a hand held shower at one end of the bath and an overhead shower at the other end. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a John Lewis/Silentnight double divan bed and the smaller bedroom with two full length 2' 6" singles. Terrace Cottage has a secluded roof terrace accessed through double doors in the smaller bedroom and Garden Cottage has a lovely garden accessed from the dining room.
