Due to its position in the building, there may be times when the toilet flushes more slowly or takes a bit of time to reset - this is normal.To help us keep the system in good shape, please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes, tissues, or sanitary products can cause blockages.Kindly note that refunds will not be issued for this matter.****The Mayor of London is improving roads across the city this summer. Your street may have occasional minor works with some light noise. I'll do my best to keep you informed, such events are entirely out of my control, and unfortunately not grounds for a refund.
