A studio is in a nice area next to Kensington Gardens, 7 minute walk to Kensington Palace. Although it is in basement of a Georgian house, there is enough light and when it is sunny outside, it is quite bright. It was completely re-done three years ago and has all the modern facilities, including Wi-Fi, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, etc. The studio’s size is approximately 27 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking pans, cutlery and crockery.A separate bathroom has a shower. It is simple and modern. There is a Anglican church in front of the house and if you don't mind, you'll be woken up every morning by the church bells that start chiming at 8:45am and strike every 15 minutes until 10pm. The room has a King size bed with a memory foam mattress ( cm that corresponds to 6'' bed). All the bedlinen and towels are included in the price. There are 3 underground stations around, all 5-7 minutes to walk to depending how quickly you walk. The nearest will be Bayswater, then Queensway and Notting Hill. Walking across the park, you'll find youself at the Royal Albert Hall and near Exhibition Road with 3 great museums: V&A, Science and Natural History. There is a bicycle rent stop next to my place and another one just at the entrance to the park, if you prefer to explore London by bike.
