The central feature of the lower-ground floor open-plan kitchen is a double length wood countertop & table that can seat 8 people for a meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favourite recipes, or to make the perfect espresso. For aprés-entertainment there is a unique sunken lounge that is our TV room, with vintage cinema chairs imported from an old Czech movie theatre. This floor opens up to a small, secluded garden – perfect to spend an afternoon with a book or a glass of wine.On the first floor there are two generously sized bedrooms, with fresh linens and plenty of storage space, plus one bedroom for kids or teens with two bunk beds and a third fold-out single bed, as well as a desk to share. The master bedroom boasts a King size bed, and a painting made by one of our favourite painters of the 60s. It shares a family bathroom (which has a bath as well as a separate walk-in shower) with the kids’ bedroom. The loft (third floor|) is its own separate space – brightly lit thanks to dormer windows and a view over the green backyards of the neighbourhood – with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and shower, a pull-out (double) sofa, a desk and a TV.
