This property has two king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautifully designed kitchen, living and dining area. This apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.The Space:KITCHEN & Dining area The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob.We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business. Bedrooms There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds, as well as wardrobes and/or drawers. Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms, one featuring a walk-in shower and one bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. There are many different metrolink tram stations and local bus stops nearby. New Islington metrolink station is located right across the road. If you are bringing a car, there is a public car park also across the road of the building.Other Things to Note:Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. In the unlikely event that the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 22nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
