Summary:The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Skyline penthouse apartment, in the heart of central Manchester. Every room boasts unrivalled views across the Manchester skyline. There is a spacious balcony overlooking Ancoats, the Etihad Stadium and as far as the Peak District. You will also get access to a pool, gym spa, cinema room and business centre. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, however, we recommend booking for 2 guests for a more comfortable stay.The Space:KITCHEN & Dining area The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, and an induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a 4 seater dining table which also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business. BEDROOMThere bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and fitted wardrobes, as well as a vanity dressing table and mirror. There are fitted blackout electric blinds throughout the apartment. Bathrooms There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower in the apartment, an en-suite accessible via the bedroom. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Living area The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
