2 rooms flat of 46m² in London

Hi, I will be travelling for work for 3 months and I would like to rent out my modern 2 bed, 2 baths by Hampstead Heath on the Parliament Hill side for this time (to one person as a sole occupant). Ideally, I am looking for a professional in London, who goes into the office most days and is tidy. As such, I am happy to offer a good deal, and wave utilities and bills for the right person as a gesture of good faith. I will be on a different time zone and value a zero hassle tenant and a mutually beneficial agreement. The flat is furnished with Sky TV, washing machine, dryer and wifi. Back bedroom has black out blinds. Upstairs has large ceilings windows. I am flexible on move in and move out dates. Any time between two and four months for the let is fine with me.
