I have a lovely 4 bed flat in Vauxhall/Oval available. This property was only purchased a few months back and had a full refurbishment - this includes painting throughout, new laminate flooring in all bedrooms and hallways, with vinyl in the kitchen and tiles in the bathroom plus blackout blinds in all bedrooms.
