This is a spacious (85ish square metres) two bedroom flat with two bathrooms, a balcony and an open kitchen/living room. Plenty of storage room is available. The room I am planning to rent out has a wardrobe and the tenant will have access to a private bathroom. Bike shed also available. I am a separated father with a 6-year-old daughter who stays here between school pick-up and drop-off two to three days per week (Mon to Fri). I mostly work from home. I'd be sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room (from where I'd be working during the day) and you'd have the main bedroom with a private bathroom located outside. The other room (with an ensuite bathroom which I'd be using) is my daughter's one. Bustling Streatham High Road is easily reachable and full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Brixton and Clapham Common tube stations are reachable with a 30 min bus ride. Streatham Common park also 20 min away, walking distance. Tooting Bec Common 30 min away and Brockwell park 40 min away. Very leafy neighbourhood.
