A bright, spacious, newly refreshed double room is available in my quiet and welcoming home, ideal for a professional working locally who is looking for a comfortable place to stay during the working week. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a comfortable chair. A TV can also be provided if required. The shower room is next to the bedroom and, although technically shared, our routines mean you'll effectively have it to yourself when you're at home. Belongings can be left in the room over the weekend. You'll be sharing with just one mature homeowner in a relaxed, friendly house where privacy and mutual respect are important. I'm looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and works away from home during the day, as I occasionally work from home. Monday-to-Friday arrangement only, with Sunday evening arrival by prior agreement if required. Friday morning departure. Non-smoking indoors (smoking welcome outside). Single occupancy only. Situated in a quiet residential road close to Hersham Village and amenities. The nearby shopping centre includes Waitrose, 2 pharmacies, Coffee shops, and a couple of charity shops. Close by is a branch of Lidl. The local pub is the Barley Mow which provides good, reasonably priced food and special events on a regular basis. A little further afield ( within 2 miles) is Walton on Thames shopping centre, Esher, with a range of shops and eateries.
