The house: 3 Double bedrooms (slightly larger downstairs one may be best for a couple- not pictured, see floor plan), with a shared bathroom, a second shower in separate space and an additional downstairs loo. Between us we've spent lots of time living in house shares/renting so we feel like we've used that experience to help. At the moment aspects of the house need a bit of a tidy-up such as the garden. About you: We're really looking for a group of friendly renters who ideally know each other already and are keen to stay for a while.
