Available either as a 2 bed flat for £1300 or as a one bed for £1100 (if rented as a one bed we would use the other room to store our belongings). Bills not included in price. The flat is cosy & tranquil, located in the foothills of Arthur’s Seat & a half hour walk through beautiful leafy park to the sea. Despite feeling like an oasis in the middle of nature, it is still very central & perfect for enjoying the city. There are a number of buses that stop right outside, & it’s then just a 10/15 minute ride to the centre & train station. We are looking for mature and responsible people who will look after the flat well while we are away travelling. Minimum 6 months and month by month after that. Photos show the flat as it is now, when we rent it we will remove most of our things and leave whatever is needed (e. g. furniture plus whatever you would like to use of ours like pots and pans etc).
