I have a beautiful room double room in a stunning houseshare home available in Harrow (6 min walk from Harrow & Wealdstone) station Double room Built-in wardrobe 6 mins walk from Harrow & Wealdstone station Shared bathroom and kitchen Single Professional only For a single professional person only - ready to move in 1st of July! The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a computer chair. Please note that there is no shared living room. Rent £850- gas and electricity not included. Council tax, broadband and water bills ALL INCLUDED in the price. Deposit: £850 At the end of every month I take a meter reading and issue tenants a utility bill for the actual used gas/electricity which is equally split between the number of tenants in the property. As a guide, the gas/elec for the house is between £40-100 per person per month depending on season and usage. Parking permits can be obtained from the council for parking on the street. We have a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas of the property once per week. This service is complimentary for all tenants of the property.
