The flat is safe with double-door access. It has good south-facing natural light and stays relatively cool in summer. The courtyard is usually quiet. The room is large and has good sound insulation. There is a private washing machine, a spacious kitchen with a large island, a big wardrobe in the bedroom, and a balcony. Bills are not included. Available from 12 June to 22 July.
