Hi there, I’m subletting my beloved little home for the times when I’m away and looking for someone who would take a good care of it and would treat it with respect. Fully furnished, including towels, bedlinen, plates, etc. Minimum 1 week but max 2 months. 2027 periods can be also discussed. Available from September 2026. Suitable for solo travelers or couples. Modern, furnished, warm home. Fast wi-fi. Playstation, elliptical trainer, walking pad, and all sorts of kitchen appliances. I can provide you with bedlinen and towels. The apartment doesn’t have an AC, but it doesn’t get too hot during summer, but there’s a tower fan if needed. The building has a rooftop terrace and a bike storage. Based in Brixton (South London residential area), 5 min walk from tube/metro station (Victoria line), easy access to city centre (10-15 mins ride), bus stop at the doorstep, supermarkets (within 2 mins), Pilates studios, gyms and parks (10-15 mins walk), restaurants & cafes (5-10 min walk), co-working office (5 min walk). Please note that smoking, parties, gatherings, pets and subletting are not allowed. Thank you!
