1 room of 10m² in London

Short term let only, available from 23 June - 28 August, for someone aged mid 20s upward . I live in a 2-bed garden flat which is at the base of an imposing semi-detached house in a very pretty street in Holloway ('the best road in Islington' some have called it). The flat has a lovely long back garden with views across many neighbouring gardens. The spare bedroom is cosy with a 4-foot bed (small double), built-in wardrobe, a desk and an easy chair. The window has a blackout blind, but sadly no view of the garden. The living room and kitchen are open plan - an L-shaped space. The kitchen has a roof light, and glass doors leading out to the garden. There is one bathroom which is spacious, beautifully tiled and has a good shower over the bath. I mainly work at home as a musician during the day, either in my garden office or in the flat. I'm looking to let the spare room for up to 3 nights during the week during 23 June - 28 August 2026. This area is a transport hub: Caledonian Road tube station on the Piccadilly Line is 12 minutes' walk away - one stop south to King's Cross station, or in the other direction, three stops to Finsbury Park (Picadilly Line/Victoria Line). Buses go into central London, east London, north London, south London. The Mildmay Line (former London Overground) runs through Caledonian Road & Barnsbury - a short bus ride away or 20-minute walk down the road. Hire bikes are available everywhere or your own bike can be stored safely in my garden shed. Holloway is a very lively multi-cultural area with a variety of supermarkets within walking distance of my home - Waitrose, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Lidl, Co-op - plus independent shops and a good variety of restaurants. Parliament Hill and Hampstead Heath are a bus ride away, Caledonian Park is 15 minutes' walk away, and Whittington Park is a 20-minute walk up Holloway Road. There are good local pubs within walking distance including The Landseer Arms, Tufnell Park Tavern and The Lord Stanley, and a variety of music venues within easy reach. Gyms - Michael Sobell Sports Centre, Virgin, and other places, plus Highbury Fields Leisure Centre where there is a very good swimming pool. The Emirates Stadium is half a mile away.
