My partner and I are renting out our home for a short period whilst we’re out of London. It’s a spacious, 2 bed split level flat about a 3 minute walk from Balham tube station. Advertised as 1 bed as we’ll close off the smaller bedroom for storage. We can be flexible on dates and open to offers on weekly rate depending on length of stay. The flat is available from 17th June - 13th July 2026, during which time the flat will be completely empty. If you needed some flexibility before or after the dates where the flat is empty then we can accommodate that by sharing the flat for a short period.
