It’s south-facing, so you get plenty of afternoon sunlight, and there’s a big balcony too. The open-plan living room and kitchen area are super roomy, and it’s on the third floor. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to New Cross Gate Overground. It’s perfect for a couple, and if you’re looking for something roomy and well-located, feel free to reach out!
