I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Manchester from the 29th March! It’s a 1-bed flat in Manchester city centre, just a 2-minute walk from Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. Also, 15-minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly and 9-minute walk to Manchester Victoria). The building and flat are pet-friendly (I currently have a large dog). The flat has great views facing towards the city centre, is really well insulated for heat and noise, and includes: • A communal terrace • High-end appliances (including a full size dishwasher, integrated full size fridge freezer and Washer/ Dryer) • Secure access throughout the building using fob access and access to the parcel safe I currently pay about £45 for electricity, £112 for Council Tax (with single occupancy discount) and around £35 (depends on usage) for water, High speed Wi-Fi is integrated with the flat and costs £35.
