1 room studio flat of 40m² in London

My lovely recently renovated studio is available for short term contract due to secondment abroad. This is not available for couples, this is for one person as I pay council for solo occupancy. The flat is being rented fully furnished and I would like to leave a certain amount of possessions in the flat but there is plenty of storage available. Everything is pretty new and although it is quite small, lots of natural light. Located in an iconic building in Shepherds Bush, close by to tube stations and shops. It is a small space and anyone over 5 foot 10 might not feel comfortable here. There is a very well equipped kitchen . The bathroom has a great shower and a bath with good pressure. There is no washing machine in the flat. The studio is in an iconic building with a lovely communiity and I will need a quiet respectful tenant who will look after the property and be mindful to neighbours and building rules. The cost per month does not include all bills which amount to approx £250pcm
