I'm looking for a lodger to rent out my spare room on a Mon-Fri basis £600pm. My house is a lovely Victorian 2 bed terrace in a cul-de-sac with a south facing private back garden. There is a fully kitted out large kitchen, spacious light bathroom, and all bills are included. I live here with my gorgeous little 12 year old cavachon dog so you must be a dog lover (she doesn't shed hair or smell.) The room is a sunny double sized room at the back of the house (for single occupancy) Hanging storage, single bed with mattress protector, shelving unit for storage, under bed storage, (you're welcome to leave your belongings here so you dont need to carry back & forth), bedside table and lamp provided. There is a tv point & aerial also in the room and WIFI in the house. There is room for an additional desk if you'd like to bring one. The lounge & dining room are private for use for myself, but you'll have use of your room, shared bathroom, kitchen and garden. The location is ideal with good transport links into the city centre, Southmead Hospital or Filton with the bus stop right at the end of the road. Fishponds shops, gym, coffee shops and and pubs are just a mile straight up Fishponds road. It's a 15 minute walk to Tesco, Ikea (Eastgate Shopping Centre). Eastville Park, lake & woods is only 5 mins walk from the house, and Oldbury Court Estate 20 mins walk. There is street parking, albeit sometimes limited in my narrow Victorian terraced cul-de-sac, but plenty free on neighbouring roads. A little about me, I work from home as a Health & Wellbeing Coach for the NHS mental health service therefore as my work is confidential, my lodger would need to be a professional going out to work during the day. I'm also a self employed Personal Trainer, Class Instructor & Massage Therapist so life is very active & busy & I sometimes have clients at my home having treatments on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend (therefore I would need use of the room from Friday late morning through to Sunday night. Happy for this to be discussed of course). Happy to chat and socialise a bit on an evening but also happy for us both to have our own space to unwind and relax. I do enjoy a peaceful, clean and tidy home and would be looking for someone considerate to this, it would suit a mature professional looking for a nice relaxing house for Mon-Fri when working away from home. 1 months rent is required upfront along with a deposit of £300.
