1 room flat of 52m² in London

Our flat will be available from 1st of August until the end of September. It's in a lovely safe area, 2-3 mins walk from Tufnell Park station and 20 mins walk to Camden Town. The flat is fully furnished, and you can use anything available here (pots, pans for cooking, cleaning products, plates etc). You've got everything you need nearby: shops, gym, supermarkets, Hampstead Park 5 mins walk, amazing pub just around the corner. The flat is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a 'no shoes inside' policy. We are ideally looking for an individual/ couple that is very tidy and is looking for a short term let during the summer until the end of September. Clean bedding/ towels can be provided at no extra charge if needed.
