Three bedroom two bathroom flat in Streatham available for 1 September. The flat itself is newly renovated, bright with tons of natural light, spacious, and has an open plan kitchen and living room. The living room is furnished. The kitchen includes a laundry (with dryer function) and dishwasher. The bedrooms are all a very good size for a London rooms. They are furnished with a large double beds, two night stands, and have plenty of built in storage space with a massive closets and storage underneath the bed in the frames. The flat is situated on a quiet residential street, and is only a 5 minutes walk to Streatham station with direct trains to central. There are all of the supermarket options within a 7 minute walk. Tooting Common is just around the corner, and Tooting Bec (northern line) less than a 20 minute walk/5 minute bus. There is indoor bike storage, CCTV around the building so it is super safe, and a joint garden. The landlords are extremely responsive and quick to act with any problems! You will need to pass credit check prior to signing the lease. We have loved living in this flat and are sad to give it up :)
