Rates are valid from 7th September 2024 until 30th August 2025 but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Minimum stay 4weeks. Minimum age 18. Stays must begin and end on Saturday or Sunday. A per-person refundable deposit applies. A non-refundable booking fee of 25 per person applies. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Change fee for bookings already confirmed, 25 per change. Images are representative. Proof of student status may be required.A modern hall of residence, only 15 minutes from central London by public transport and conveniently located just 6 minutes walk from Lewisham DLR and mainline train stations, and Elverson Road DLR station. There is a mix of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.The residence offers apartments with 3 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms contain a double storage bed, wardrobe and desk/chair, with access to a fully equipped kitchen with living/dining area.Facilities include free access to the well-equipped, on-site gym. There are extensive communal areas which include a games room, study spaces, TV snug, and roof terrace. There is also an on-site laundry, secure 24/7 access and bicycle storage.Minimum age is 18.
