1 room studio flat of 43m² in Bristol

Hello, I’m looking for a tenant to live at my studio for 2 months. The studio is 8 mins away from Clifton village, with a private garden. The room is spacious with high ceilings. Rent includes all bills If you’re a professional, there is 50 pounds extra for council tax. The bathroom is shared but only with another person and is cleaned regularly by a company. The building includes a washer and dryer for only 1 pound per wash. It’s actually a very lovely place and I wish I could stay in it longer. It comes furnished with everything except for the TV.
