I love it here, it has many new stuff as the sofa, the furniture of the entrance, it's also a LED fireplace, making a warm and cosy vibe. Toilet and shower are separated. Very nice style with plenty of natural light throughout. Everything needed will be provided, you don't have to bring anything. 2 Double Wardrobes, bedsit, and shelves cabinet in the bedroom. Plenty of storage. Ideal for someone in the middle of moving houses or as a fort base while looking for something more permanent, or just someone visiting for a few weeks. It's a ground floor with access to communal gardens. Just 2 min walking to Stockwell underground Station, Victoria and Northern Line. You can be in Victoria in 7min and Oxford Circus in 10min. Bank is just a 23min journey. Location is pretty amazing and convenient. Only 13 min walk to Nine Elms big Sainsbury, Lidl within 5min and right opposite the building there is a local Sainsbury. Clapham Old town just a lovely stroll away. Beautiful walks in the area if that's your thing. Looking for someone clean & tidy who will look after my place, and even though bills are included, also mindful of the high costs. Planning to do viewings from the 26th July.
