The flat: -Fully furnished 1 bed flat -Separate living room -Good-sized kitchen with basic cookware/plates/cutlery included -Bath / shower -Washing machine / dishwasher -Fast Wi-Fi -Reserved parking -Private garden Location: 15 mins walk to Epsom station / 10 mins to Epsom & Ewell town centres -Easy access for commuting to [London / Dorking / Guildford etc.] Close to parks, gyms, supermarkets, Dates: Available Early March – October (ideally the full period). I’m open to discussing slightly different dates for the right person.
