1 room flat of 50m² in Salford

Hello! I will travel soon for vacation and would want to rent the studio from 27th of July to 27 of August . The studio has A Private balcony, WIFI, and amenities is ALL INCLUDED 💫 many of the items will be removed before the rent starts as I’m planning to move out soon. But ofcourse the bed the sofa etc will be there. , there is studying spots in the building as well! I’m looking for someone who is careful and keeps the studio clean. No parties please. it is located really close to the city centre, almost 5-10 minutes walk to Arndale. Reception is available and there is plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and Aldi near by. An insurance upfront is required to make sure that the place is kept as it is given. Please
