Explore local shops, pubs, and iconic Beacon Hill. Brighton is a short drive away. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
