1 room studio flat of 48m² in Leicester

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy over the summer from June 20th - 12th September 2026. It's a great 'bronze' studio, £195 per week. You can see more information on the Opal Court iQ website - Bronze studio. - Private Studio - 25m^2 - Double bed - Hob and microwave oven - Desk - Private kitchen, private bathroom - Dual occupancy available - Wardrobe and underbed storage - Building has laundrette, study area, common area, pool table etc. It's really nice and cool in the summer and only a 5 minute walk from UoL uni. Close to city centre and new walk too, as well as Victoria Park in the other direction. Students only. Bed, bedside table, desk etc but not fully furnished with pots and pans etc. Will need your own duvet. Would be perfect for anyone wanting to settle into Leicester before starting uni/masters/PhD or anyone doing a summer school type thing Would really help me out to take over a tenancy as I am having to also pay rent in my next uni room over summer!
